How is KREM̈ EDITIONS a responsible and ethical fashion brand?

KREM̈ EDITIONS is a responsible and ethical French fashion brand that strives to minimise its impact on the environment. The brand uses only sustainable and ecological materials, employs environmentally friendly production practices and collaborates with production workshops that guarantee good working conditions for workers and advocate respect for human rights.

KREM̈ EDITIONS takes into account the entire life cycle of the product, from design to the end of the garment's life. The brand minimises waste and greenhouse gas emissions, while promoting a circular economy where raw materials are upcycled.

What is an upcycled brand?

Upcycling is the practice of using existing materials such as fabrics, garments or accessories to create new ones. This practice significantly reduces the amount of textile waste and therefore helps to reduce the environmental impact of producing new clothes. KREM̈ EDITIONS does not manufacture any raw materials but makes its pieces exclusively from existing fabrics.

What are the advantages of buying KREM̈ EDITIONS pieces?

Reduction of the Environmental Impact
At KREM̈ EDITIONS, all pieces are made in France, from existing materials which allows the reduction of textile waste initially destined to be sent to landfills. 
In addition, buying clothes made in France considerably reduces the carbon footprint linked to transport.

Promotion of the Local Economy
By buying upcycled clothes, made in France, you also support the local textile industry and contribute to the creation of jobs in the country. 
All our partner workshops make our pieces in fair and equitable working conditions

Unique pieces
The upcycled pieces are produced in limited quantities due to the limited amount of fabric. 
KREM̈ EDITIONS produces its models in very limited quantities where each piece is unique since they are handcrafted in a Parisian workshop.

Durability and Quality
Each piece is produced to last. Our garments are made to order from an existing fabric from a luxury or haute couture house. We only use high quality natural materials.

By purchasing eco-friendly clothing, you are contributing to the preservation of the environment while encouraging more sustainable practices in the fashion industry.
Although eco-friendly clothing may be more expensive to buy than conventional clothing, its durability means that it can be worn for longer and requires less replacement.

2. Stock & Pre-Order

What is a pre-order item?

A pre-order garment means that the garment is not yet produced. Production starts once the order is placed. This is very beneficial for the environment as it reduces the risk of overproduction and overstocking.

The pre-order process remains the same as for stock parts. An order confirmation and an update of your order shipment is sent in both cases. For pre-ordered parts, we will send regular updates on the progress of production.

Can I cancel my pre-order? 


You have 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation to request the cancellation of your pre-order. Once this period has passed, it will no longer be possible to cancel your pre-order as the workshop will have already started production. What is the return policy for stock and pre-order pieces? 

Please contact us at the following email address within 14 days of receiving your order: contact@kremeditionsparis.com

Please include your order number and proof of payment in your return request. 

After our confirmation by email, we will send the procedure to follow for the return of the package.
You have 14 days as from the day of the reception of your parcel to send us back the article. 

After this period, we will not be able to refund you. 

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or damaged. they must be returned in the same condition as they were sent: packaging, labels, etc.

 We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the item does not comply with our refund policy. 

Returns are at your expense and KREM̈ EDITIONS does not cover the costs in case of loss or theft of the package. We therefore advise you to take out delivery insurance or opt for delivery tracking.

Refunds are made on average within 3 days of receipt of your items.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can use the following payment methods : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Klarna...

Can I exchange my order?

Our stock items can be exchanged (see available stock) or refunded. Our pieces produced in pre-orders cannot be exchanged as they are produced at the customer's request. We do not hold stock on pre-order parts.

Are shipping costs, taxes or customs fees refunded?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse shipping costs, taxes or customs duties. The customer is responsible for the return of parts for exchange or refund.

Returns are at your expense and KREM̈ EDITIONS does not cover the costs in case of loss or theft of the package. We therefore advise you to take out delivery insurance or opt for delivery tracking.

3. Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

For orders to Paris, we propose a courier service or Colissimo with or without insurance.
For the rest of France, we propose a Colissimo service with or without insurance.
For Europe and the rest of the world, we propose a shipment by DHL.


What is the delivery time?

Paris: same day delivery by courier
France: 1-3 days delivery
International: 48h DHL

How much does it cost to deliver my package?

The price of delivery varies according to your country. The shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order, please contact us: contact@kremeditionsparis.com.

WARNING : If the parcel has been lost or stolen and you did not take out insurance against theft or loss at the time you chose delivery, we will not be able to consider your request and does not cover any costs.  It is your responsibility to contact the delivery service in your country.

Are taxes included in the total price of my order?

Please note that taxes are not included in the price.
